Project is 5 buildings, about 300,000 sq ft. - 3 buildings are 4 stories with a total of about 250 apartments. - HVAC systems and water heaters are in unit. - 1 building is a clubhouse / management offices - 1 building is a pool house. May include future modeling for 179D compliance.
