Sustainable Solutions Corporation (SSC) is looking for a motivated and experienced energy modeler to assist our growing company on a contract basis. SSC is located in Royersford Pennsylvania, however, this position can be done remotely. Key Responsibilities: • Use eQuest to develop energy models for multiple LEED projects • Review design and construction documents to develop recommendations to improve energy efficiency in the building • Prepare applicable reports and documentation for submission to LEED and NJ Pay for Performance • Provide responses to reviewer questions and update model as necessary Basic Qualifications: • Working knowledge of applicable building codes and ASHRAE standards • Experience modeling multi-family high-rise in eQuest • Experience with modeling buildings specifically for LEED projects (required) and NJ Pay for Performance • LEED GA or AP is a plus • Ability to work in the US • Experience with managing sensitive and confidential information and documents • 3 or more years’ experience in project management and building systems and operations or a related field
