As an architect involved with sustainability and renewable energy since graduation, to be part of a group that works specifically with these matters is not just a job, it's a fulfilling accomplishment of life. My professional life has been marked by working both with research, especially in solar energy and social housing sustainability programs, and with regular private projects, always applying energy efficiency with major energy modeling support. Another common activity is lecturing about buildings energy efficiency and solar energy to public companies. To contribute with the community I also work as a voluntary to the Municipal Climate Change and Eco-efficiency Committee of Belo Horizonte coordinating the Energy Group.
