We are a small consulting firm that performs energy modeling for LEED certification, tax credits and energy analysis. We primarily use eQuest for energy modeling and analysis, but also use other tools such as THERM and Ecotect for more detailed analysis. We have enough experience to looks through drawings and make a good estimate if the project will reach the threshold for the tax deduction. We can also model the building in a cost effective manner.
