While the energy-models.com is a leader in building energy modeling education, I have been particularly impressed with how this website spread the word on the importance of energy modeling. When I picked up the job description, I knew that not only was the position a perfect match for my interests, but I was a perfect match for its requirements. I have over 10 years of experience in residential and commercial HVAC system design and building mechanical systems, and pride myself on having artistic eye despite being “just” an engineer. I would love the opportunity to utilize both the technical and artistic aspects of my brain. I have developed three products in the field of active chilled beam to combine both efficiency and architectural look that been installed in many commercial buildings nationwide. Additionally, I place high value on the energy efficiency in buildings as 40% of the world energy consumers. Most notably, I always considered energy efficiency in my system designs and shared the value of efficiency with clients. Considering the initial cost and return of investment, I always tried to find a balance point in my designs and product selections that benefits the clients the most.
