I selected the library window, Double PPG, with u-value=0.29, SHGC=0.38,
LVT=70%

I try to do compliance run and it gives me error message, " Window 'E6 west
Win (G.NNW!.E2.W1)': Ruleset calculated SHGC, "0.385', is less than the user
input value for C-SHGC*0.95,'0.409'. Window switched to use simplified
GLASS-TYPE with C-SHGC."

What does that mean? Can someone help me on this? I am getting very
frustrated with eQuest. I just don't know where the problem is and don't
know where to trouble shoot it.
