For Underground Surfaces, the help file states that the U-EFFECTIVE keyword
is no longer used and that it has been replaced by PERIM-CONDUCT and
PERIM-LENGTH. However, the help file states that PERIM-CONDUCT and
PERIM-LENGTH have not yet been implemented. And those commands in fact don't
work yet when run in a file similar to the example in the help file.

I'm trying to enter the f-factor for a slab on grade. Has anyone worked
around this?
