CFD Simulation of Spray Paint Particles using scSTREAM

Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) is one of the most sophisticated ways to estimate the otherwise unknown, macro and micro environments. In this webinar, we will be using our CFD software scSTREAM to go over the case in which aerosol spray paint was used to paint indoors without sufficient precaution to the spread of paint particles. If aerosol paint is inhaled, it can be hazardous and may cause respiratory problems. A CFD simulation is therefore carried out to analyze the distribution of paint particles with consideration to changes in particle size and density as the volatile compounds evaporate from the paint particles and become diffusive gas in the building.
