Hello eQUESTERS,
Regarding the high percentage of hours outside the throttling range in
my Police Station recently. Thanks for all the responses. I changed
the zoning from Perimeter/Core to one zone per floor and dropped the
percentage of hours outside the throttling range from 34.1 to 0.9. The
under heated zone is in the basement. Thanks again for all your
suggestions.
