What would be a logical approach to simulate an existing steam plant where a steam to hot water converter will be used to serve centralized AHU's throughout the facility? eQuest treats a Steam Boiler exactly as a Hot Water Boiler except with a lower efficiency. Simply using a steam boiler does not seem like the best approach but maybe that is all we available at this time.
