ASHRAE 90.2 states in the description of the Annual Energy Cost method
(the 90.2 equivalent of Appendix G) that the 'prescriptive building'
(ASHRAE 90.2 'baseline' building) 'is not intended to be a real physical
structure and in many cases may be geometrically impossible'...
That would be interesting to model...
