Hello all,
I'm trying to simulate a building that has one zone HVAC system that includes:
1) 2-pipe fan coil in each room.
2) cooling by a Large roof-top closed loop chiller, cools water by air
circulation.

3) In winter mode, chiller is switched off and an internal electric coil heats
air in each fan coil.

I have chosen fan coil as my air side HVAC and defined chilled water loop. how
can I simulate the electric motor of each fan coil???
