Dear eQUEST experts,

Attached are pd2 and inp files of the model that was built with eQUEST 3-65
7175 DOE 2.2.

Although the secondary chilled water loop complies with G3.1.10&11
requirements, when I run the model encounter the following error. Could you
please let me know what I?m missing?

Loop: Secondary Chilled Wate Loop has zero design flow.
Check input for consistency, or specify design loads.
