Hi all, a question related to pumps

Our system is: Chilled water loop, with a 990 gpm pump, 3 chillers that sum
580 tons, when all data is into the system, the design flow duplicates it?s
values, and it?s designed for the 990 gpm but in the summary report appears
1749 gpm, exactly where in the application can I fix this problem?, or it?s
really a problem?, thanks in advance for all your valuable help.
