Task
Support of scientific research and education of the new field of civil systems engineering of the institute of civil engineering. The main focus will be on the representation and modeling of civil engineering systems and the simulation of these models, ideally under cons?deration of complex stochastic processes.
You will help establishing the research program of the new department by developing your own research line for a possible PhD. You will also support the educational activities by developing and providing academic teaching module content for the civil engineering Bachelor and Master progams
of the TU Berlin.

Qualifications
Successful candidates must have completed a university degree (Diplom, Master or equivalent) in a related engineering discipline; knowledge of civil systems and civil system modeling and simulation; advanced PC and software development skills; excellent English language skills
