I have a glassy office building in SoCal. Report LS-C says the envelop contributes 770 tons to the load. peak tons show 1920 when it is 98 DEgF outside. This implies the rest of the tonnage is Outside Air.
I have reduced the OSA at the zone level from 20 CFM/person to 5 CFM/person.
Absolutely NO reduction on the peak load.
What am I missing?
