My example is a building that results in a baseline system 5, Packaged VAV with Reheat. The main fans cycle on to maintain unoccupied space temperatures. My proposed case model is programmed with zone exhaust fan schedules to prevent the exhaust fans from cycling on when the main fans cycle on. I assume the baseline case zone exhaust fans should be scheduled to stay off when the main fans cycle on but I cannot find a specific reference in Appendix G.
