Karpman Consulting is a rapidly growing engineering consulting company
specializing in building energy efficiency. Our projects range from energy
analysis of buildings, to providing technical consulting services to energy
policy makers, to holding public and private technical training. Several
positions for Senior Energy Engineer and Energy Analyst are available.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

* Perform energy analysis of new and existing buildings utilizing
simulation tools such as eQUEST
* Conduct training on topics such as building simulation and energy
code
* Advise architects and engineers on building energy efficiency, green
certification, incentive program participation, and code compliance
* Support technical design of energy efficiency incentive programs,
including creating case studies, simulation guidelines, and other technical
support documents

Qualifications

* Degree in engineering (preferably mechanical or architectural)
* 5+ years of related experience in consulting engineering, energy
services, and/or HVAC design
* Working knowledge of building systems & building energy efficiency
* EIT, PE, LEED AP, or CEM a plus
* Experience in building simulation, commissioning, and/or energy
auditing
