Hello All,

I was looking for some HVAC system modelling help.

I have a building where a Roof Top Gas Heating and Electric Cooling Heat
Recovery Unit (call it AHU-1) supplies air to the corridors of the
building. Meanwhile, the rooms off the corridors
(bedrooms/dorms/transitional units) only have air exhausted from them
but have baseboards heaters.

I have modelled AHU-1 to supply the corridors zones, but cannot seem to
find a proper system type for the bedroom zones which only exhausts air
and provides heat from the baseboards. (and I didn't want to simply
group all of the zones (corridor and bedrooms) into the AHU-1 system, as
no air is actually supplied to these bedrooms)

Any help on the matter would be very much appreciated.
