Humidity Control Causing High Fan Power?

I am modeling water source heat pumps for a LEED project. One of the LEED review comments indicated that I need to set the maximum humidity level to 55% in both the baseline and proposed models. When I do this for the proposed model, some of the fan power calculations become astronomically high. For example, check out the month of May for the heat pump below. This is from the SS-H report for one of my heat pumps. This goes back to normal when I take the humidity controls away, so I know this is caused by changing the max humidity from 100% to 55%. Does anyone have any idea of how to correct this? I've tried telling the system to use waste heat for space heating with no luck. I understand that's the way to simulate hot gas reheat on DX systems.
