Hi all,

Does somebody know if it is possible to model gas-fire radiant heaters like the one in this link?

Hi Paul,
I suggest modeling a gas-fired radiant heater as a unit heater with HEAT-SOURCE = FURNACE. If you want to try determining energy savings compared to convective heaters, there have been posts here and on Bldg-Sim with suggestions such as using different thermostat setpoints based on occupant comfort, or splitting up high-bay spaces into conditioned and unconditioned zones.
