Hello, I was entering in my conductance for frames using my U-values for
the frame and was wondering if anyone knows where this expression
originates from out of the DOE-2 help window
FRAME-CONDUCT = 1/[1/(U-value) - 0.197] Btu/ft2-F-h
specifically the 0.197 term
