Can anyone suggest a compelling reason to prefer one method (SUPPLY -
kW/FLOW vs. SUPPLY - STATIC) for an Appendix G Proposed model? For the
Baseline, I use Pfan from G3.1.2.9 and the supply cfm from SV-A reports
to get kW/cfm, but I usually have static pressure from the mechanical
schedules to use for the Proposed.
