Estimates of Food Loss in Supermarkets....

I ran across an NTIS document sale, and lo and behold, there was a
publication estimating food spoilage loss as a funcction of
temperature, humidity, etc..... and Half Price !!!

Now you can add in spoilage losses to financial impacts of HVAC design
decisions...... bon apetite.... See...
