I apologize if this question has been asked before, but I remember
seeing an email back in June that said eQuest v3.63 was being submitted
for approval for the Commercial Building Federal Tax Credit act, and
that it was likely to take about 4 weeks for approval.

Was this ever processed? I don't yet see eQuest on the approved list,
but I have a few projects that I did with v3.63 assuming I would be able
to submit by now.
