Hi all,

Does anybody by any chance know a way to come up with the virtual energy rate required for EAp2 template. The template says [cid:image001.png at 01CDE9D5.66FB1810] but when I do that it's not keeping in consideration the demand. Additionally, when I try coming out with the energy rate this way, the baseline and the propose rates comes up as being different. See below. Suggestions?
