I recently scanned for errors on one of my energy models. For an enclosed parking garage, there are exhaust fans and unit heaters. ASHRAE 90.1 says that the system type that I had used for my proposed design is noncompliant. Can I create two base utility plants by calculating the energy for each type (exhaust fan and unit heater) and assign those plants to process loads?
Any other suggestions?
