TRACE 700 Automation Error/NC V5 Forms

While trying to upload my LEED documentation using Trace 700 LEED automation function I am getting an error saying 'New Construction V5 forms are required for Trace 700'. The NC Project was registered in 2014, and I am using Trace 700 version 6.3.2.2.S. Has anyone had to deal with this? Thanks...
