I have a data centre and i use crac units for the cooling. Crac units use cool water from a main chiller and i have set a water economizer with dry coolers to achieve  free cooling. My problem is how to set the schedule in order to achive free cooling with the water economizer when i have the proper outside temperature??

And the Second problem is if Equest is understanding when the sequence of operation between those two systems (water economizer with dry cooler and a screw chiller)???
