Hi All,

I'm *still* working on this multi-level recreation building with VRF serving offices/electrical rooms/stairwells on each floor and packaged RTUs with DX cooling/furnace heating serving large open convention spaces per floor.

My baseline building with system 7 has less than 300 unmet hours and I'm ok with that for now. My proposed building is crushing me with under cooled hours ranging in the 100s and 1000s, with the majority of rooms either being stairwells or electrical rooms. The same electrical loads are in both models and I'm at a loss as to why I can't get these darn cooling unmet hours lowered in my proposed.

Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated - I'm feeling defeated...
