Thanks in advance.

I have to do a model for a 26 stories building, is has the first 3 for
retail, 1 for amenities and 22 for apartments, my problem here is that some
apartment are bigger than others in some levels.

When I make the footprint shape and zoning pattern for the second type of
level eQuest does not allow me to do exactly the same as below shape, only
if the zoning is different from the footprint.

When the footprint is the same as the zoning pattern, it looks like this:
