I have recently changed over from VISUAL DOE, to Equest for my energy modeling. In Visual DOE, there is no ASHRAE Baseline Generation tool, so it is left to the user to build the ASHRAE 90.1 Baseline model.  However in Equest, this is generated for the user.  My question is this... How well does Equest do at generating the ASHRAE Baseline model?  How much tweaking should I expect to be sure that ASHRAE 90.1 is followed, if at all?
