After browsing both the training 'eQUEST for LEED Case Study' and 'LEED for Energy-Modelers', I am still very confused about how to set the baseline case using eQUEST.

ASHRAE 90.1 appendix G specifies the U-values for certain envelope. E.G for climate zone 4, baseline for wall above grade is steel-framed with u-value of 0.365(SI unit, 0.064 in IP unit). However, in eQUEST, how to set this? 

Does the default value in eQUEST is the baseline automatically? 

And for the envelope items not specified in ASHRAE, what's their baseline? e.g. ground floor over parking garage.
