Hi,

I am comparing the performances of the baseline & the proposed. Based
on ASHRAE Standard 90.1 -7001 Appendix G Table G3.1, packaged rooftop AC
with fossil fuel furnace will be used in the baseline model. However,
in my proposed model, variable refrigerant volume heat pump system will
be used. The proposed uses gas heating & the baseline uses electric
heating. The rate for gas & the rate for electricity are different.
Does it make sense to compare the cost saving?
