Cannot create pdf for QC Summary report

I am running eQuest 3-65.7175 on Windows 10 Pro 64-bit OS. I am trying to print/convert to pdf the QC Summary report, yet it keeps freezing up when I try to 'Print' from the print dialog box. Much of the functionality on the computer bogs down, and the only option I have is to open the task manager and end the 'Print driver host for applications' task.

I'm not sure where to look to next to attempt to resolve this. The only thing I've attempted is to turn off, then back on the Microsoft Print to PDF function in the Windows features on or off (restarting in between). I tried reassigning the port (as per this article https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/using/using-pdf-printer.html), which resulted in nothing happening whatsoever from attempting to "Print".

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
