AHA Consulting Engineers, Inc. is a leading Mechanical, Electrical,
Plumbing, Fire Protection, Commissioning and LEED/Sustainability consulting
engineering firm, with offices in Lexington and Cambridge, MA, Atlanta, GA,
and Washington, DC. Projects include the full life cycle development of
laboratories, biotechnological, institutional, educational and commercial
building systems.

We are currently seeking a *Senior Sustainability Engineer* for our
Corporate Headquarters in our Lexington and/or Cambridge, MA, and our
Atlanta, GA locations.

*Senior Sustainability Engineer*

Responsibilities:

- Perform as Project Sustainability Engineer for selected projects.
- Participate in face-to-face meetings with architects, developers and
building managers.
- Review in-progress plans and specifications for LEED related compliance
- Perform LEED documentation and calculations.
- Position may require occasional overnight travel.

Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree (BSME, BSAE or related)
- LEED Accredited Professional
- Demonstrate superior verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to perform LEED documentation and calculations
- Thorough understanding of LEED programs & experience with LEED-Online
- Understanding of Energy modeling protocols preferred
- Advanced knowledge of sustainable mechanical/electrical building
systems, concepts and operations
- Ability to read and interpret engineering plans, schematics and
specifications
