Hello ! First time posting here. Thank you in advance for your time !

I've done a few simulation with eQuest and my last two have very low space cooling electric consumption. 

The project is in Quebec, Canada. It's cold but normaly the cooling loads are more about 15-20% and with these it's about 3% of all year electric consumption. Iv'e tried a bunch of thing and I'm out of option. When i look at my report for space load, the KBTU of cooling is somewhat similar to my heathing loads. 

This is a multi-use building with commercial spaces and dweling units.
