Energy Model for Naturally Ventilated Building

I am ?new to energy model.

I have a project which is completely naturally ventilated ?building, kindly help me out whether it has to be?modeled?or not, If yes what type of system should be?assigned?for base case and proposed case, to earn?Optimize?energy performance point.
