The DOE Commercial Reference Buildings website has some updates to include files compatible with the most recent version of EnergyPlus (7.2):

A few other changes were made to the models, as well, as listed here:

The only changes between v1.4_7.0 and v1.4_7.2 were transitioning the models to the newer EnergyPlus version (that's why the document only lists "changes_v40tov70"). Also, the models were run in EnergyPlus v7.0, and you can find a table of EUI results here:
