Yes LEED 2009 references a publication for district thermal energy that
is due out 4th quarter of 2009. I have not seen it yet or even know if
its been issued. You can find the reference by drilling thru the USGBC
site, LEED Resources, LEED Resources and Tools, LEED 2009, ...
I am not sure what to do with 2009 using the older document.
