Version 5.0 of the gbXML schema is now available for download. For those of
you who are not familiar with gbXML, it is an open XML schema that allows
disparate BIM (Building Information Modeling) and building analysis software
tools to share information with one another. The goal of this
interoperability is to provide a more seamless way to perform building
energy simulation.

This latest version includes almost 50 updates over the previous version.
