Hot Gas Bypass Energy Consumption Curve

1 post / 0 new

I am working on an energy comparison between a WSHP with either a digital scroll or hot gas bypass. I am struggling to find a curve I can use in Trace that would accurately model the hot gas bypass.

I'm assuming in would be inverted relative the digital scroll curve and would be consuming some amount of energy at 0% load, or a very small load, or a y=20% while x=0%...

Can anyone point me in a direction of how to build this curve?

Thanks!
