I am not sure how glazing in walls adjacent unconditioned spaces
counts towards the building FWR.

For example, I am looking at a MURB. The main floor is part covered
parking, unconditioned space, the second floor is over the parking
area. There is a conditioned corridor that runs beside the
parkade. The wall along this corridor has windows looking into the
parking area.

1. Does this glass count towards the building fenestration-wall-ratio?
2. For prescriptive purposes, is this glass considered as "wall
adjacent an unconditioned space"? Or is it considered glazing?
