My local Daikin rep informed me that Daikin has begun creating .inp files
with curves for Daikin/McQuay heat pump products. The following link takes
you to a download site (registration req'd) to download the .inp file, a
modeling guide, and a sample file.

I don't have a heat pump simulation project right now, so don't have time to
look at the .inp in detail, but a surface skim through the modeling guide
looks like Daikin put some thought and effort in. Nice to see support for
modeling from manufacturers.
