Hi there,

I am working on an energy model for a LEED new building project. There is a crawl space in the building that will be conditioned from an existing steam distribution system. Do I have to model this space as this is un-occupiable. The proposed design consists of all electrical HVAC system. The baseline is modeled as system 4. And if i do have to model the crawlspace with existing steam, will this impact the baseline HVAC system type? Will the baseline system be all electric?
