Dear all,

in a certain DX packaged cooling system type the COP is calculated
including compressor and condenser fan energy. It does not include
supply fan energy.

I understand that for this equipment the EIR requested by equest is
1/COP.

My question is:

In this case where the condenser fan is included in the COP, do I need
to specify the outside fan electric consumption (OUTSIDE-FAN-ELEC)
required in the condenser tab?
