Qualifications:

* Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Architectural
Engineering with a sound knowledge of mechanical engineering
fundamentals.
* Have at least 5+ years of relevant experience in buildings
including hospitals, libraries, museums, high rises etc.
