I would consider including the exhaust fan power in the baseline fan power
allowance. Although these fans are not interlocked with the primary HVAC
system they will impact it's performance depending on how building
pressurization will be maintained for the building.
If the design documents incorporate compensating hoods (exhaust fan with
DOAS) it definitely makes sense to include. If the design documents
*don't *include
a compensating hood, this would be a good EEM to investigate.
