Below grade walls 90.1

Sim List,

I have a building with an underground space. I'm using
eQUEST 3.62. I am creating an AHSRAE 90.1 baseline building model. 90.1
requires a conductivity of C-1.14 for underground walls in climate zone
4C. Even with bare concrete I am unable to get the conductivity any
higher than (0.847 Btu/h-SF-F).

Does anyone know how to make this work?
