Setting Up User Defaults in eQUEST

Script:

User Defined Defaults

  1. Right click on a field to bring up the quick menu
  2. Select Edit/view user default
  3. Select the User default radio button and enter a value and press ok (Note: this does not change the current values. In order to set the new default: Right click any associated field and select “Restore Default”. This will change the field to the User defined default entered in step )
  4. The text should be shown in blue font if the change applied successfully
  5. Use the Spreadsheet view to apply this to multiple items: 

a) Select the input (in blue) from Step 4

b) Hit Ctrl + C

c) Use the Down arrow to move to the next intended field

d) Hit Ctrl + V Repeat steps a-d to make the necessary changes
